Job summary

ThinkTek LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Journeyman Management Analyst (Modeler) to bridge business analysis and QA for Federal IT projects. You will capture requirements, create process and system models, and document functional needs while ensuring accuracy, usability, and compliance.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a BS in a related field, and 4+ years of BA/QA experience; strong skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Visio and ARIS are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum).
• 4+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience creating functional requirements, process models, and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Visio and ARIS.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and develop functional requirements, process models, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Produce high-quality deliverables with minimal rework.
• Support knowledge management activities for internal and external performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of expertise.
