Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst (Modeler) to gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, build process and system models, and document functional needs. You will bridge customers and developers, ensuring accuracy, usability, and compliance in delivered solutions.

The role requires DoD clearance, BA/QA experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders on federal IT projects.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• 4+ years of combined Business Analyst and Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience creating functional requirements, process models, and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ARIS/Visio for modeling.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and develop functional requirements, process models, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Produce high-quality deliverables with minimal rework.
• Support knowledge management activities for internal and external performance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at varying levels of expertise.
