Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of combined BA and QA experience.
• Experience creating functional requirements, process models, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops; develop functional requirements, process models, and requirements documents.
• Collaborate to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Produce high-quality deliverables with minimal rework.
• Support knowledge management activities for performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders of varying expertise.
