Job summary

ORCHARD TERRACE II LTD is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, and common areas across a multi-family property in Ohio.

You will clean vacant units with the Property Manager, empty trash, and sanitize laundry rooms, while reporting maintenance issues. A strong work ethic, clear English communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and other common areas; includes vacuuming, mopping and dusting as needed.
• Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, as well as internal and external common areas.Duties/Responsibilities:Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting when necessaryWork with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Detail-oriented and thorough.Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.Education and Experience:Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
