Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a responsible housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across vacant apartments, model units, the leasing office, and common areas of the community. You will support residents, guests, employees and contractors with a professional, friendly approach.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of apartments and amenity spaces, assisting with move-in/move-out cycles, and ensuring curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad-based experience in all aspects of housekeeping.
• Proficient communicating in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments, model apartment, leasing office, and common areas.
• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean apartments daily, including model unit(s).
• Clean all amenity areas daily (lobbies, lounges, restrooms, etc.).
• Assist maintenance and management to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping during move-out/move-in with contractors and vendors.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
