Job summary

Gulfstream seeks a Model Manager for Customer Support to positively influence engineering projects and programs ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned aircraft models. You will coordinate with Technical Operations, Service Center, Maintainability, and other teams to ensure timely, effective resolutions.

The role requires strong communication with senior management, engineering, and customers, and a track record in strategic planning and deployment of sustainable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, aviation maintenance, or engineering tech.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance and operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance and operations experience with Gulfstream aircraft models (GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200).
• A&P (FAA) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support information sharing across Technical Operations and related groups to improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Reliability Improvement Board and provide input on manufacturing decisions.
• Provide aircraft model status and issues at weekly Customer Support Entry into Services (EIS) meetings.
• Develop integrated plans and milestones for assigned aircraft model and track critical tasks.
• Coordinate resources across Customer Support areas to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Interface with Service Centers and Flight Test to trend reliability issues.
• Review engineering plans to ensure maintainability and accessibility.
