Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of related progressive experience to include 3 years supervisory or project management experience.
• Master's Degree may offset 1 year of experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own the CS technology/process improvement roadmap and align with Business Technology and CS leadership.
• Drive scope, definition, and execution of strategic transformation initiatives; prioritize CS projects.
• Provide proactive leadership on projects to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives while assessing risks and issues for successful delivery.
• Coach senior leaders on transformation opportunities to enable change across the business.
• Act as a change agent with stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
• Lead initiatives under analysis and provide effective leadership for execution.
• Provide updates on project status, metrics, issues, and risks to leadership.
• Analyze drivers of key metrics and present data-based recommendations.
