Homes by WestBay is seeking a highly motivated New Home Sales Consultant to represent our award-winning communities and deliver a best-in-class home-buying experience. You will drive sales, guide buyers through the process from inquiry to closing, and maintain strong relationships with customers and Realtors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; new home or real estate sales preferred.
• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• Experience in residential construction or mortgage is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, MS Office, and sales technology platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective homebuyers in model homes and sales centers.
• Provide guided tours highlighting features, floor plans, upgrades.
• Qualify customer needs and financial capabilities.
• Guide buyers through the home-buying process to closing.
• Maintain relationships through regular follow-up.
• Utilize CRM to manage interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with lenders, construction, and closing agents.
• Present competitive advantages of Homes by WestBay.
• Foster referrals and participate in events.
