Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes, LLC is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to join our model home team. You will start between 9-10am, greet prospects, and help set up the sales office for success, acting as the right hand to the NSM.

You will manage brochure stock, review marketing materials for accuracy, and guide homebuyers through the purchase process. Weekly calls cover progress and loan details, while coordinating events and MLS listings.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and handle appointments as they arrive at the model home.
• Set up and stock brochures, and audit marketing materials for accuracy.
• Assist buyers through the homebuying process and answer questions on progress and financing.
• Weekly calls with customers to discuss loan information and home progress.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events.
• Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
• Maintain a polished neighborhood presentation and deliver high-quality customer service while supporting sales goals.
