Job summary

Paycom in Englewood, CO is seeking a friendly front-line associate to staff its community model homes. You will greet visitors, demonstrate home features and provide general information to model home customers.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, generating appointments from walk-ins, Realtors, and calls; maintaining model home cleanliness; and supporting the Sales Consultant as needed. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Real Estate license may be required to advance.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Staffs model home office; weekend work may be required.
• Answers telephone inquiries.
• Generates appointments from walk-in customers, Realtors, and telephone inquiries.
• Greets customers and demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits.
• Provides information on price ranges, specific models, options, mortgage rates and other details as directed by Sales Consultant.
• Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
• Inspects the grounds and models for maintenance problems; ensures cleanliness of model homes.
