Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to welcome visitors at model homes and guide them through the sales process. You will maintain a polished sales center, share pricing information, and coordinate appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to create welcoming experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales organization preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office.
• Maintain sales center appearance and signage.
• Distribute current price lists to guests.
• Schedule appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant.
• Prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets.
• Record guest registrations accurately.
• Demonstrate models to visitors and explain features and benefits.
• Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
• Attend sales training as required.
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted via the community website.
• Handle additional administrative projects requested by management.
