Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a world-class data science team and collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product strategy. You will guide analytics, develop hypotheses, and inform leadership with data-driven narratives to drive business impact.

You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, work with large-scale data, and mentor other data scientists while advancing data practices across Meta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, completed prior to joining Meta.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in applied analytics, including at least 2 years managing analytics teams.
• Experience with data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python), and/or statistical software (R).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists to develop strategies for our products at scale.
• Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Influence product direction through clear, data-driven presentations to leadership.
• Work with large and complex datasets to solve diverse analytical problems.
• Define and test opportunities to improve product and drive roadmaps through insights.
• Mentor other data scientists and contribute to advancing Data Science practices at Meta.
