Job summary

Stetts Model Management, a women-owned modeling agency with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, is seeking an experienced Model Agent in New York. This hybrid role is based in our Flatiron location.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in talent management, casting, or shoot production and will submit models, manage bookings, nurture client relationships, scout new talent, and collaborate across offices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a modeling agency, casting office, production company, or in a related fashion industry role (required).
• Strong understanding of the booking and casting process.
• Established relationships within the NYC fashion/casting market are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Photography skills are a plus.
