Point Quest Group is seeking a Special Education Teacher (Moderate/Severe) for the 2026-2027 school year in San Lorenzo, CA. The role runs 8:15am-3:45pm in a 9-student class, with activities across general and special education settings.

The teacher will design instruction aligned with IEP goals, participate in meetings, and ensure accessible supports. Certification in Special Education is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field and valid state credential.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes and best practices.
• Master's degree preferred with experience in MOD-SEVERE settings.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers.
• Manage behavior supports and document student progress toward goals.
• Monitor data and participate in evaluations when required.
