You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, gas delivery, and vacuum systems, document PMs, support upgrades, and collaborate with Equipment Engineers to meet production schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics or related field, or equivalent military/technical experience.
• Hands-on experience maintaining complex equipment (semiconductor tools, industrial machinery, vacuum systems).
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions; comfortable in a cleanroom environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MOCVD reactors.
• Support chamber cleans, hardware replacements, rebuilds, calibrations, and system resets.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues involving vacuum pumps, MFCs, valves, robotics, sensors, heating systems, and gas panels.
