R&D Transportation Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Mobility Specialist trainer in the Los Angeles area to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in using public transportation. This field role requires travel across the county, with mileage reimbursed and bilingual abilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA degree with 3–5 years experience working with seniors/individuals with disabilities.
• High School diploma with 5 years of related experience acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of proven marketing experience.
• Bilingual skills in English plus another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants to safely utilize public transit in various settings.
• Support safety and well-being of participants at all times.
• Attend outreach events and meetings.
• Update and maintain project databases and reporting.
• Maintain effective communications with management and staff.
• Provide back-up coverage for projects.
