Qualifikationen

• Graduate of or current certification as a Physical Therapy Aide, Rehab Tech, EMT, or Nursing Assistant.
• Current BLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior experience in patient care, rehabilitation, or therapy support preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support nursing and therapy teams in safe patient transfers, lifts, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Educate staff on proper use of mobility aids and lift equipment.
• Promote early mobility and coordinate with therapists for care plans.
• Document mobility activity and patient response in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
