National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technician in Richmond, VA to provide repairs, assemblies, and delivery of mobility equipment.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order processing, receipt, assembly, and delivery to clients. The role emphasizes HEARTS values—Honor, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork, and Service—and offers opportunities to work across branch, field, clinic, schools, and care home

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsabilités

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specifications.
• Provides inventory control and counts for all items processed in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leaders, including fitting, instruction, and compliance.
• Provide Technical Support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
