Job summary

National Seating and Mobility (NSM) is hiring a full-time Technician to support mobility solutions for clients, including wheelchairs and positioning systems. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and other staff to ensure timely order, receipt, assembly, and delivery of products to clients.

The role involves performing service calls, assemblies, and on-site support across various environments. NSM emphasizes HEARTS values and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in various environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specifications.
• Provides inventory control and counts for all orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leaders, including fitting and instruction.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
