Elements Massage West Allis, Wisconsin is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio environment.

This role offers $24.00–$26.00 per hour plus tips, paid training, flexible schedule, PTO, wellness benefits, and a 401K. It’s a full-time, session-based position with consistent hours. No sales pressure; you’ll help clients move better and feel better every day.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
• Create a welcoming client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines
