Elements Massage West Allis, Wisconsin is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio environment.

This role offers $24.00–$26.00 per hour plus tips, paid training, flexible schedule, PTO, wellness benefits, and a 401K. It’s a full-time, session-based position with consistent hours. No sales pressure; you’ll help clients move better and feel better every day.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
• Create a welcoming client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines

At Elements Massage® West Allis, Wisconsin,we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour/plus you keep all tips


• Benefits: Paid Training, Flexible Schedule, PTO, Wellness Benefits, 401K


• Schedule: Full-Time @20 hours/Flexible times

What You’ll Do

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must have one or more of the following:
