Job summary

Elements Massage West Allis is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio. This role emphasizes one-on-one client care, consistent scheduling, and absence of sales pressure, with a focus on movement and safe practices.

Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour with tips. Full-time hours are listed at 20 hours with flexible scheduling, plus benefits including training, PTO, wellness benefits, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Kinesiology, exercise science, or related field coursework or degree.
• Athletic trainer certification or equivalent.
• Yoga or Pilates instruction certification is a plus.
• Education aligns with movement, mobility, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.

Education

Kinesiology degree or coursework

Athletic Training certification (AT or ATC)

Yoga or Pilates instructor certification

Degree or coursework in Exercise Science
