Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, technology, or related field.
• 7–8 years in consulting, market research, or strategic advisory.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and mobility ecosystem and trends.
• Excellent research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage consulting engagements and deliver on time.
• Experience building proposals and identifying growth opportunities.
• Fluent English, strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects from research to strategic recommendations and client presentations.
• Manage project teams, build client relationships, and support business development.
• Develop actionable client recommendations using Growth Pipeline Engine (GPE).
• Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Lead discussions and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Contribute to industry reports, thought leadership, and consulting methodologies.
