Job summary

Vantage Mobility is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the trusted consultant and primary contact for customers seeking mobility equipment solutions. You will assess needs, recommend vehicle modifications, and guide clients through the service process to deliver tailored mobility solutions that enhance independence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive/mobility preferred.
• Prior experience in customer advisory, technical sales, or mobility/automotive service environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle modifications and accessibility equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer mobility requirements through consultations, demonstrations, and needs analysis.
• Recommend appropriate vehicle adaptations, equipment, and services based on technical expertise and customer goals.
• Prepare detailed service proposals, quotes, and timelines while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with technicians, sales, and installation teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Educating customers on product features, maintenance, and usage to promote optimal satisfaction and safety.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, recommendations, and service outcome.
