Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in transportation services with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and supervise driver performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations of drivers and provide coaching.
• Develop and implement training programs for drivers.
