Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Pella, IA is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while preparing to run your own branch.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture that promotes from within and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating (degree conferred before start).
• Valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience in two or more: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Degree must be conferred before you can start)
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.

• Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
