Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs for Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility when not contraindicated.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM as directed.
• Record resident weights accurately and report significant changes promptly.
• Ensure residents have clean clothing and linens in good repair.
• Assist with ADLs including toileting, bathing, dressing.
• Reposition residents to prevent skin issues and promote comfort.
• Complete documentation of care provided and maintain a respectful environment.
