Job summary
Riverbank Post Acute is hiring a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support the facility's restorative programs under clinical supervision. You will assist with ambulation, ROM, and documentation per care plans, while collaborating with nursing and rehabilitation staff to meet resident needs.
Qualified candidates must hold a California CNA license, RNA certification, and current BLS/CPR. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a stable work environment in a 99-bed skilled
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in California.
- Current RNA Certification.
- Active BLS/CPR
Responsibilities
- Performs restorative/rehabilitation care and services with residents as indicated in individual care plans.
- Document resident participation in and response to services in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.
- Recommend modifications and changes in the residents’ restorative care.
- Work closely with Nursing Staff and/or licensed rehabilitation staff to assure services are performed to meet the needs of the resident.
- Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, wheelchairs.
- Comply with resident’s rights ensuring that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
