Job summary

Circet USA is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager focused on Mobility RAN Integration and Mobile Private Networks to expand our US footprint with Tier 1 operators and enterprise customers. This role requires strategic leadership, industry relationships, and a willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Education, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience; MBA or MSEE a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years in business development within telecom, specifically RAN integration and mobile private networks.
• Industry Relationships: Strong ties with Tier 1 operators and enterprise customers.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; clear, persuasive presentations.
• Negotiation Skills: Track record of closing high-value deals.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 60% for meetings and events.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecom RAN, private networks, and related tech.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business with Tier 1 operators and enterprise customers in the US.
• Relationship Management: Leverage industry relationships to foster partnerships.
