RINA is recruiting for a Business Development Director- Infrastructure & Mobility to lead NAM market growth from its offices in Boston, Houston, or Chicago/Lisle, IL. The role focuses on driving revenue, guiding market assessments, and expanding strategic client relationships.

The candidate will manage a sales team, develop proposals, and build partnerships while achieving annual revenue targets and long-term growth for the Infrastructure + Mobility sector across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a sales or business development team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client development activities to generate new project opportunities and move projects through the sales process.
• Create and update client account plans to drive growth and client advocacy.
• Maintain CRM data for all clients and opportunities.
