Job summary

RINA is seeking a Business Development Director for Infrastructure & Mobility to lead NAM commercial sales across North America, based in Boston, Houston or Chicago/Lisle. The role focuses on driving growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering sustained profitability.

The candidate will manage a team of BD professionals, oversee proposals, and leverage market trends to win new opportunities while strengthening strategic partnerships within the NAM region.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills are needed to communicate with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a sales or business development team, including the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting for Transportation and/or Infrastructure engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NAM commercial sales strategy to drive growth and market positioning.
• Lead a structured team of Business Development professionals to generate new project opportunities and manage RFP responses.
• Create and update client account plans to drive growth and demonstrate client advocacy and leadership on assigned accounts.
• Maintain CRM data for clients, opportunities, and interactions; meet or exceed net sales targets.
