Uber is seeking a Marketing Growth Lead for the Mobility business across the Americas. This role blends strategy and execution, connecting global plans with regional delivery to drive growth in the US & LATAM.

You will own the end-to-end growth funnel, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and present insights to senior leadership. A high-velocity, pro-active leader with a track record in multi-channel marketing is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing building multi-channel & cross-channel digital strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Mobility growth strategy for the Americas aligning with global objectives.
• Own end-to-end growth funnel for Mobility—acquire, retain & increase frequency.
• Lead regional planning cycles with Marketing Ops to translate goals into initiatives.
• Bridge Brand and Performance teams for a unified full-funnel approach.
• Align marketing spend with operations realities (driver supply, density, health).
• Pivot strategies using data-driven insights in real time.
• Summarize growth metrics for Americas leadership with clear investment guidance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team with accountability.
