Uber is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to lead a major strategic pillar within Global Membership and Loyalty. You’ll translate data into business impact, shape the roadmap, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.

You'll own end-to-end delivery, rally stakeholders, and report on pillar performance to executives. The role emphasizes independence, strategic thinking, and the ability to move fast in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, technical, or related field.
• 4+ years in strategy, operations, analytics, or consulting with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency with AI tools, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets; experience building dashboards/reports.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic pillar end-to-end: drive strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Operate with autonomy: identify gaps, form POVs, build actionable strategies.
• Execute data-driven initiatives: extract, synthesize data and build business cases.
• Drive cross-functional action: rally stakeholders and push projects forward.
• Provide executive visibility: manage recurring processes and leadership reporting.
