Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UCLA BruinCar/Marker program operations and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee vehicle rentals, maintenance, billing, and reporting.
• Analyze vehicle utilization, demand, and quality control.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve program efficiency.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and development of BruinCar staff.
