Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Coordinator to manage daily vehicle readiness and shift coordination. You will ensure each vehicle is safe, clean, and prepared for driver shifts, coordinating with the dispatch team to minimize downtime.

You will perform inspections, assign vehicles, and organize documentation, while monitoring status throughout the day and reporting issues for immediate resolution.

Qualifications

• Valid GA driver's license (where applicable)
• Background check, MVR, fingerprinting and drug screen (GA, if applicable)
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and ability to stay organized

Responsibilities

• Conduct and verify pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Assign vehicles to drivers based on availability and needs
• Prepare and organize key tags and documentation for driver shifts
• Monitor vehicle status and support smooth shift transitions
• Report vehicle issues or inspection failures to Mobility Dispatch for resolution
