Job summary

bp is seeking a Strategic Delivery Specialist to shape and execute the Mobility & Convenience Americas (M&CA) strategy. The role delivers insights, structured problem solving and hands-on support for high-impact strategic initiatives across leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to roadmaps, analyses, and narrative materials while partnering across Products, Operations, Finance, Digital, Policy and Sustainability to ensure practical implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of post‑university work experience.
• Experience in strategy, business analysis, or consulting‑related roles (preferably in top‑tier consulting, private equity, or investment banking firms).
• Exposure to the Oil & Gas or broader energy sector (preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with retail, mobility, or convenience industries (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Strategy development support: develop and refine the M&CA strategy and evaluate strategic options.
• Transformation initiative delivery: assist with workstream coordination and tracking.
• Analytical support and insight generation: perform market, customer, competitive, financial and regulatory analyses.
• Structured problem solving: break down strategic questions and formulate data-backed recommendations.
• Strategy execution support: develop draft roadmaps and track performance metrics.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with Products, Operations, Finance, Digital, Policy and Sustainability.
• Narrative and materials development: prepare presentations and strategic narratives for leadership.
• Business case and financial analysis support: assist in financial modelling and risk/value assessment.
