Job summary

BP is seeking a Transformation Specialist to help shape and execute the Mobility & Convenience Americas strategy. You will deliver analytical insights, support problem solving, and drive transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes structured analyses, hypothesis development, and data-backed recommendations, with a focus on turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA beneficial but not required.
• Experience in strategy, business analysis, or consulting-related roles is required.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas or broader energy sector preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with retail, mobility, or convenience industries advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development and refinement of the M&CA strategy with analyses and insights.
• Assist with workstream coordination, milestones, and materials for initiatives.
• Perform targeted analyses on market trends, customer behavior, and financial performance.
• Break down complex questions into components and prepare data-backed recommendations.
• Help translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic activities.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership discussions.
• Support development of business cases, investment proposals, and risk/value drivers.
