Job summary

HealWell, LLC is seeking a motivated APRN/PA to join our wound care team. This role involves caring for patients across private residences, facilities, and outpatient clinics, with collaboration among physicians, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA degree from accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted APRN/PA license with prescriptive authority.
• Board certification current in respective field.
• Wound care certification preferred; may require within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient and wound assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized wound care plans.
• Assess, measure, stage, and document wounds and their characteristics.
• Perform wound care procedures within scope, including debridement as appropriate.
• Utilize advanced wound care products, therapies, and modalities.
• Travel to assigned patient locations as required.
