Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee the operations of a wind-energy service site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team across multiple turbines, manage budgets, and coordinate preventive maintenance while solving technical challenges.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication in English, and willingness to travel extensively to service sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to travel to various turbines; 100% travel.
• Technical background with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety culture and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Develop and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Build strong client partnerships to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to achieve budget targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance and problem solving to optimize turbine performance.
