Vestas, the global leader in wind energy, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a service site in Texas. You will lead safety, drive operational efficiency, and mentor a team to uphold our standards while delivering exceptional turbine performance.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and maintain strong client partnerships to meet contractual commitments. A technical background is helpful, and willingness to travel to various turbine sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to travel to turbine sites as needed.
• Technical background in hydraulics or rotating heavy equipment is beneficial.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Proven budgeting and project management experience.
