Job summary

Responsibilities include safety leadership, financial oversight, and customer account management, with travel to various turbines as needed. A technical background in hydraulics or rotating heavy equipment is a plus, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel to various turbines as needed.
• Technical background beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and drive continuous improvement at the site.
• Lead and empower the on-site team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Build strong client partnerships to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Manage costs to meet budget targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostics to improve turbine performance.
• Oversee budgeting, project management, and overall site performance.
• Negotiate agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
