Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee multiple service sites across the region, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high customer fulfillment. The role requires significant travel across sites within the designated region.

You will lead a team of Service Technicians, manage site budgets in Salesforce and SAP, and drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives. This is a full-time, travel-intensive position in the wind energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a passport.
• Experience in P&L management.
• Experience managing safety programs.
• Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: Establish and oversee the implementation of safety practices and protocols.
• Operational Effectiveness: Cultivate a culture of safety, structure, and continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians.
• Customer Relations: Interface with customers, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Financial Management: Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans; implement LEAN at the site.
• Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to Service Technicians for diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Travel Requirements: This is a 100% travel position; may be assigned to various sites within the region.
