Job summary

Aquatech is seeking an Operations Fulfillment Manager for the Pasadena, TX service center. You will lead daily operations, manage inventory and safety, and coordinate field deployment for mobile water assets and chemicals.

You will supervise technicians, mechanics, electricians, and vendors, ensuring equipment readiness, maintenance, and on-time deployment while driving process improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in mobile water treatment or related operations.
• Experience leading technicians, mechanics, and subcontractors.
• Water treatment and chemical facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Pasadena service facility operations for Gulf Mobile Water business.
• Oversee inventory, readiness, safety, and site housekeeping.
• Coordinate field deployment, testing, and post-job refurbishment.
• Plan preventive maintenance and asset readiness for mobile systems.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and capital projects to expand capability.
