Qualifications

• BS or Associate's in Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Six years of experience in operation and maintenance of industrial water facilities in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water analysis techniques, and plant instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate WTP/WWTP to maximize uptime and monitor water quality and output.
• Schedule plant activities, analyses, ion exchange regeneration, and filter press cleaning.
• Train staff on safety, processes, automation, and chemistry.
• Coordinate maintenance, inventory, and tool availability; supervise staff.
• Plan shutdowns and contribute to system upgrades and design reviews.
