Job summary

Aquatech in Pasadena, TX is seeking an Operations Fulfillment Manager for the Mobile Water Business. You will lead the Pasadena service facility, ensuring mobile water assets, chemicals, tools, parts, vendors, documentation, and field support resources are ready to meet customer commitments.

The role includes supervising technicians and subcontractors, coordinating deployments, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in mobile water treatment or related operations.
• Supervisory experience leading technicians, mechanics, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, or facility personnel.
• Water treatment facility experience required; ion exchange, membranes, filtration, pumps, valves, piping, and related equipment preferred.
• Experience with mobile equipment deployment, readiness, field setup, refurbishment, and preventive maintenance.
• HAZWOPER safety training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Pasadena service facility supporting the Gulf Mobile Water business.
• Manage facility readiness, housekeeping, safety, storage discipline, chemical handling, and general site upkeep.
• Supervise safe loading, unloading, staging, testing, shipment, and return inspection of mobile assets, chemicals, and consumables.
• Own inventory accuracy and readiness for chemicals, mobile water assets, spare parts, and deployment materials.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, tested, repaired, documented, and signed off before deployment.
• Coordinate field deployment support, setup readiness, handover information, return inspections, and post-job refurbishment.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance for mobile assets and related systems.
• Manage personnel including mechanics, electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field service, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations leadership to meet customer commitments.
• Prepare monthly reports on asset movement, readiness, maintenance, and facility performance.
• Monitor operating expenses and manage capital or internal improvement projects.
• Maintain weekly operating cadence of readiness, backlog, inventory, safety actions, deployment schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment processes and safety practices.
