Job summary

Aquatech is seeking an Operations Fulfillment Manager for the Pasadena, TX service center. You will lead daily operations, manage inventory and safety, and coordinate field deployment for mobile water assets and chemicals.

You will supervise technicians, mechanics, electricians, and vendors, ensuring equipment readiness, maintenance, and on-time deployment while driving process improvements and cost controls.

The Operations Fulfillment Manager, Mobile Water Business will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee.he Operations Fulfillment Manager –Mobile Water Business leads the Pasadena service facility and ensures mobile water assets, chemicals, tools, parts, vendors, documentation, and field support resources are ready to meet customer commitments.The role is accountable for equipment staging, testing, deployment support, return inspection, refurbishment coordination, preventive maintenance, facility discipline, inventory, safety, and supervision of technicians, mechanics, electricians, labor, lab resources, subcontractors, and vendors.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and technical skills, with experience in mobile water treatment, industrial service operations, chemical handling, and field deployment support. Job Description:Job duties include the following and are not limited to:* Lead day-to-day operations of the Pasadena service facility supporting the Gulf Mobile Water business.* Manage facility readiness, housekeeping, safety, storage discipline, chemical handling, and general site upkeep.* Supervise safe loading, unloading, staging, testing, shipment, and return inspection of mobile assets, chemicals, trailers, tools, parts, and consumables.* Own inventory accuracy and readiness for chemicals, mobile water assets, spare parts, consumables, tools, trailers, and deployment materials.* Ensure mobile equipment is inspected, tested, repaired, documented, maintained, staged, and signed off before deployment.* Coordinate field deployment support, setup readiness, handover information, return inspections, and post-job refurbishment.* Plan and supervise preventive maintenance for mobile assets, trailers, pumps, valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, piping, filtration, ion exchange, membrane systems, and related support equipment.* Manage mechanics, electricians, technicians, general labor, lab resources, warehouse/facility support personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.* Coordinate with field service, commercial, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations leadership to meet customer commitments.* Advise management on spare parts, consumables, inventory gaps, asset readiness risks, maintenance priorities, capital needs, and corrective actions.* Maintain trailer registrations, inspection records, service records, readiness checklists, maintenance logs, test records, and asset movement reports.* Ensure employee, vendor, subcontractor, asset, and facility safety, including site EHS compliance.* Prepare monthly reports on asset movement, readiness, maintenance, chemical inventory, critical spares, operating expenses, and facility performance.* Monitor operating expenses against budget and manage capital or internal improvement projects to expand facility capability.* Maintain a weekly operating cadence covering readiness, backlog, inventory, shortages, safety actions, deployment schedule, maintenance priorities, and open actions.* Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment processes, readiness checklists, shop productivity, inventory accuracy, safety practices, and documentation discipline.* Other duties assignedSkill Requirements: * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities, direct work, and hold teams accountable.* Strong troubleshooting knowledge of water treatment systems, including pumps, motors, blowers, valves, piping, filtration, membrane, and ion exchange equipment.* Ability to plan and manage multiple equipment readiness, maintenance, facility, and deployment activities simultaneously.* Clear communicator with vendors, subcontractors, field service, commercial teams, customers, and leadership.* Strong organizational skills for inventory, maintenance, inspection, safety, and readiness records.* Working knowledge of EHS requirements, chemical handling, housekeeping, and safe shop/facility operations.* Ability to manage operating expenses, support capital planning, identify cost risks, and recommend corrective actions.* Detail-oriented, responsive, and effective in a fast-paced customer service environment.* HAZWOPER safety training or certification preferred.Benefits:Aquatech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, company-paid holidays, and a 401 (k) plan. The position may require occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and work in shop, yard, warehouse, and field-support environments.## Qualifications* Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in mobile water treatment, industrial service operations, facility operations, equipment maintenance, fulfillment, field service, or related technical operations.* Supervisory experience leading technicians, mechanics, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, or facility personnel.* Water treatment and chemical facility experience required; ion exchange, membranes, filtration, pumps, valves, piping, controls, trailers, and mobile systems preferred* Experience with mobile equipment deployment, readiness, field setup, refurbishment, preventive maintenance, and customer service operations preferred.
