Job summary

Aquatech in Pasadena, TX is seeking an Operations Fulfillment Manager for the Mobile Water Business. You will lead the Pasadena service facility, ensure readiness of mobile assets, chemicals, and tools, and supervise technicians, electricians, and warehouse staff to meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, managing field deployment support, and driving continuous improvement in fulfillment processes while maintaining safety and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in mobile water/treatment operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for pumps, valves, piping and membranes.
• Ability to plan multiple equipment readiness and deployment activities.
• Clear communication with vendors, field teams and leadership.
• Experience maintaining safety, records, and inventory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Pasadena service facility for Gulf Mobile Water.
• Manage facility readiness, safety, storage discipline, chemical handling, and site upkeep.
• Supervise loading/unloading, staging, testing, shipment, and return inspection of assets and consumables.
• Own inventory accuracy and readiness for chemicals, assets, parts, and deployment materials.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, tested, repaired, documented, and signed off before deployment.
• Coordinate field deployment support, setup readiness, handover information, and refurbishment.
• Supervise preventive maintenance for mobile assets, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and related equipment.
• Oversee staff, vendors, and subcontractors; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on asset movement, readiness, maintenance, inventory and expenses.
