Job summary

Mytcp is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance to veterans in their homes around Eagan, MN. The role involves travel up to 35 miles with part-time/per diem scheduling.

Pay ranges from $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit. Benefits include potential sign-on and performance bonuses up to $2,000, with a focus on compassionate, respectful care for veterans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or HHA/caregiver experience is required.
• Ability to provide personal care and mobility support.
• Strong communication with care teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Document visits and communicate with the care team.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Respect and preserve dignity and independence in every interaction.
