Job summary

MyTcp is seeking a CNA to provide mobile veteran care in Golden Valley, MN. The role involves in-home personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance for Veterans, with travel up to 35 miles and part-time/per diem scheduling.

Compensation includes $20–$22/hour plus $32–$34 per visit, with bonuses available up to $2,000 for sign-on and performance. Must have CNA certification or/HHA experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Experience caring for multiple clients daily.
• Must have valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
