Job summary

Mytcp in Minneapolis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for Veteran clients on a part-time/per diem basis. You will perform bathing assistance, mobility support, and daily personal care across a 35-mile radius with travel between multiple veteran homes.

Compensation includes $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit, with sign-on bonuses up to $2,000. Flexibility and meaningful impact are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
• Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
• Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
• Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
